Group Tours

Group Tours (and bus drivers!) are always welcome at The Williamsburg Outlet Mall, Williamsburg’s only fully enclosed Factory Outlet Mall. With advance notice of arrival date and time, our management staff would love to arrange a personalized welcome for group tours.

Groups of 20 or more will receive free shopping bags and merchant coupons for additional savings from select stores valued at more than $100 in additional savings.

In addition to Shopping Bags and Coupons, VF Outlets: Lee/Wrangler will offer motorcoach Group Leaders and Drivers a $20 Gift Card that can be used toward any purchase. From time to time other merchants may offer additional incentive gifts.

AND, bus drivers, tour guides and escorts are welcome to relax and unwind in our bus driver’s lounge, with big screen TV, computer room, and private phone rooms!
